During this course, students will consider the communication and negotiation skills that lead to long-lasting relationships with a global network of highly-qualified translators. Students will explore the three major stages of new partner relationship development: initial screening, testing, and onboarding. Through this exploration, students will cultivate strategies for assessing skills and providing the training that leads to high-level exchanges of ideas among cultures.
